Kindergarten Principal
Job Scope & Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to teachers in quality early childhood curriculum design, development, and implementation of teaching in accordance with the guidelines given by the Curriculum Department
- Coach and support teachers to monitor, assess, document, and maintain evaluation and assessment of children’s learning and development
- Develop strategies to market and maintain the school’s student enrolment to maximise the school’s capacity
- Manage cost control in all aspects of school operations
- Select, coach, and mentor teachers to maximise their professional relationship with parents, harmonious working relations with colleagues, and teaching performance for the growth of students under their care
- Maintain students’ records and teacher-to-student-required ratio.
- Maintain the school’s physical condition and maximise the facilities to provide a learning environment for students
- Establish and maintain caring, positive, and effective communication with parents and the school community
- Organise school events to support the school’s mission to bring families and children together.
- Submit a monthly report pertaining to the school to the school board
- Oversee the renewal process of the centre’s license in accordance with ECDA’s requirements
- Under-take and drive other management-related activities/initiatives
- Work closely with the Centre Director and the Core Team members in strategically planning and realise the schools’ 10-year milestones and key outcomes
Requirements:
- ADECL/DPL with Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education
- Registered and certified with ECDA as L2 with Leadership
- Passionate about nurturing a love for learning and making a difference in the lives of children
- Strong communication, analytical, decision making and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of financial and budget management
- Proactive, creative, and forward-looking yet grounded in the execution of initiatives
- Able to commence work soon is preferred

Centre Supervisor (Student Care)
Responsibilities:
- Overseas the daily operations of a student care centre
- Liaise with MSF, HQ, parents and school with regard to students and centre matters

- Process payments for invoices and subscriptions promptly

Duties
- Update student information, withdrawals, and cohort entry in ECDA CMS
- Manage the school management system LittleLives (attendance, communication, enrolment, and fees)
- Daily check and reply to all messages from parents to school pertaining to admin and fees
